Built in public by an ADHD brain

A task manager for brains
that get bored of
task managers

Say it in three seconds. AI splits it into steps you can actually start. Missed tasks quietly move forward — no shame, no streaks, no setup.

💜
2 tasks waited for you — they're in today Nothing expired, nothing lost.

One loop. Five moments.
Zero guilt.

Most apps organize tasks. NEURODONE closes a loop your brain actually wants to re-enter — built around how ADHD motivation really fires: novelty, immediacy, and a reward that lands now, not in a weekly report.

🎙️

Capture

Out of your head in under 3 seconds — before the thought evaporates. No folders, no forms.

02
✂️

Split

AI breaks it into steps so small the first one feels almost silly. That's the point.

03
🫙

Start

Can't choose? The jar picks for you. One step on screen, everything else gone.

04
🎉

Reward

Confetti lands the second you finish. Your brain gets paid on time, every time.

05
🌅

Reset

Didn't happen today? It quietly moves to tomorrow. Nothing expires, nothing shames.

…and the loop closes. Tomorrow it opens again — clean.

Built different.
For real.

Every feature exists because a standard task manager failed an ADHD brain somewhere.

🎤

3-Second Capture

Say it or type it. No project pickers, no due-date forms — words in, task out, brain free.

🧩

AI Task Chunking

"Finish pitch deck" becomes five steps where the first takes two minutes. Starting is the feature.

🫙

The Task Jar

Choosing is the hard part. Shake the jar, pull one task, go — novelty your brain actually responds to.

🎯

Focus Mode

One step on screen, everything else gone. The timer counts up, not down — no countdown anxiety.

🌅

Fresh Tomorrow

Didn't finish? Tasks quietly move to today each morning. No overdue red, no scoreboard of failure.

🟪

Year in Pixels

Every finished step paints a square. Gaps are rest, not failure — and there are no streaks to lose. Ever.

// The story behind it

Why I built this

Ihor Fomenko
@ihorfomenko

I was undiagnosed with ADHD until 2023. Age 32

Suddenly, things made sense. Why I could hyperfocus on exciting projects but couldn't reply to a simple email. Why I built marketing teams across Europe but forgot my own appointments.

"I don't fail at tasks. I lose interest in the systems that hold them. A work deadline or the laundry sitting wet in the machine — same ending, every time."

13+ years in marketing — IMAX, crypto startups, SaaS — taught me to build systems for myself. But maintaining them was a second job. Every task manager assumed the organizing part was fine and I just needed more discipline. The moment I see a wall of tasks, my brain just... shuts down. Updating the app becomes another task I avoid.

Then AI arrived, and for the first time the friction disappeared — I could talk instead of filling forms. But here's what I noticed: everything I do with AI still doesn't organize what I actually need to do every day. The laundry still sat there. That gap — between AI removing friction and nothing closing the daily loop — is exactly what NEURODONE is built to fill.

So I'm building the thing I need, in public, as one of you — not a brand hiding behind a landing page. This is a community investment: I'd rather build it with 500 people than for 5 million. You'll see what I'm building, vote on what's next, and yes — watch me get distracted along the way.

I charge $7/month to keep this sustainable — and to make sure I don't lose dopamine and burn out on this project like I have with every shiny new idea before 😄

You can chat with me directly. Join our Discord or WhatsApp where I share updates and we all help each other build the best product possible. This isn't just an app — it's a community project.

Let's build this together.
